CONQUERING FEAR

When I was 11 years old I lived on a air base right outside of Tokyo Japan. On base there was a church that had the really high steeple on top of it. Next to the church was this really tall pine tree that jutted even over the top of the church.

Being afraid of heights I decided to climb that tree one day. It took me about 20 minutes to climb to almost the tip of the tree. I recall swaying in the wind and looking way down at the top of the steeple below me.

Suddenly I had this vision of me being swept off the tip of the tree at any moment. I froze for a moment before I decided that either I moved or I would truly die. My heart started pounding and my breathing labored as if I were giving birth.

I was giving birth. I was giving life to a very nasty thing called Fear.

I waited for the feelings inside me to pass. Slowly I then climbed back the way I had came, branch by branch until I was at a level that I felt safe and my fear passed away. I never forgot that day that I set out to conquer my fear of heights and try to learn to master my own fear.

Today I’m going to communicate with you about Fear.

I’m going to show you 3 things about fear and finally give you some things you can use to overcome fear in your own lives.

The first thing I want to talk about on the subject of fear is:

Know Thy Enemy.

Many of us think fear is something outside of ourselves. This thing that over takes us like a bobcat overtaking a rabbit running for it’s life. No! Fear is actually our response to certain stimuli. Our brain has a protective defense program so that any time we are around certain stimuli our bodies will feel a physical reaction in order to heighten our response so that we can continue to survive.

Way back in the caveman days the fear program saved many a dwellers lives. What happens is that your heart begins to pound or beat faster as your lungs begin to bellow like steam engines. Adrenaline is released often into the blood stream for that fight or flight response.

This amped up state is what causes our nervousness. This nervousness is merely what is going on within the body. It’s amping itself up to fight or flea.

As a child I often felt this response when I was engaged in one of my many childhood fights. Instead of running away I stood and fought like a demon from hell. From there my brain would enter what I called the red out state. Here I couldn’t feel pain and I became super strong and ferocious.

Many of you feel similar things over approaching a woman. It’s not the woman who is the fear, it’s merely your bodies response to the signal that your brain is sending out.

How is that pretty girl over there going to kill you? You need to start asking yourself why is your survival program getting activated just cause of a tiny little female over there. Why? Why would you even think to feel fear over just walking over and making a new friend. Nevermind about all that social cop out crap like social aniety bullshit.

What's really going on? She isn't some huge brawling monster that will eat your skin off just for saying hello. Many times beautiful women are lonely for someone to talk to and would love to talk about their lives.

I ask you again how is that pretty little thing going to kill you in such a way that YOU activate your bodies defense mechanisms for?

Which brings me to the second element of conquering your fear.

LOVE THY ENEMY.

Here is where you need to get comfortable with the feeling of fear. That means learn to get used to feeling your heart start to beat faster and your breathing taking off. The more you get used to it the less it will have it’s devastating effect on you.

I am asking you to court your fear. Fall in love with the element of fear. First of all just begin to recognize the symptoms as you become aware of it’s presence. Then turn your conscious mind to it so that you can begin your final phase of conquering your fear.

CONQUER THINE ENEMY.

When I say conquer it I’m not talking about destroying it. You can’t destroy your brains programmed responses, which is all your truly dealing with. That old survival program that is still running havoc on your love life.

What I’m instruction you to do is to take control and become it’s master. Begin to observe your bodily changes and then just breath and allow yourself to relax for a moment.

In situations where fear is striking you there are several things that you can also do to help no matter what is the object of your fear.

1. Get up and move around. Moving moves energy within your body. It allows the trapped energy of fear to circulate and eventually dissapate.

2. Exercise. I’ve seen fellow instructors doing pushups before walking out to teach a masters class full of top notch instructors.

3. Sing or whistle. This will allow you to get your breathing under control.

4. Think in the here and now. Say to yourself “There is no problem I have to solve at this time.”

5. Think positive. Think about your past successes. Remember when you were successful at approaching or whatever task it is that your afraid of. I do public speaking with an organization called Toast Masters. So far I have won every contest that I’ve entered so when I get a bit nervous about speaking I simply think of this. In the area of approach years ago I would recall how successful I truly am with women and my fear would simply disappear.

6. Imagine for a brief moment being successful at the task. See yourself walking over and saying your opening line. Imagine her being receptive of this also.

7. Tune out negative remarks by others. Nothing can kill your game quicker than a negative wingman. If your saddled with one I would suggest dumping that wing quickly. Negativity doesn’t belong in this game and has no place in YOUR life.

Surround yourself with positive wingmen and positive people in general. This was a hard lesson for me to learn. For years I suffered the negativity of negative folks like my dear old mom and other family members. It took shutting them out of my life for a period of time to get rid of some of the negative seeds they left behind. Negative people are like what I call psychic vampires and they will suck the life out of you. Now I look for positive folks who give off good energy to be around. It’s like being a flower in need of sunshine instead of darkness. Treat your own life the same way.

SO IN CONCLUSION:

Many of you are still plagued by fear of approach. I've read the words of countless so called Playa's who still will bail out on approaching.

You cannot call yourself a Player if you let fear rule your life. Fear is for AFC's. Not Players.

Now that you realize that fear only occurs within you and that there truly isn't any real concrete reason for the reactions, then you should be able to drop all that nonsense by just living within the fear state.

That means put yourself in this state by doing more and more approaches with the intent of conquering your fear.

Don't focus on actually meeting and fucking that hot babe as much as your on a training mission to learn how to control YOU better.

When you take your minds focus off the girl and put it on accomplishing an exercise, you will notice that your fear of women will start to really disappear.

You have given your mind something else to focus on. You are putting your energy into observing YOUR reactions and your state and learning how to master both.

Which takes away the energy of your fear of HER.

You all know about doing the 50. That means walking up to 50 hot chicks and saying one word and then walking away.

That word is hello. Nothing else then walk away.

I have found in working in real life with men with approach anxiety too be a valuable tool for conquering fear.

From that old move your taking "baby steps."

From there you will then be able to to relax and hold a decent conversation with the woman once your fear is under control.

But the only way to get there is to walk into the fire. That means if you truly and I mean TRULY want to conquer your fear, you must approach, no questions asked, no excuses accepted. You must approach 100% of the time, everday all day long until your ability to conquer your fear is in control

You can't half step this process by saying to yourself ok I will approach this girl but not that one. It must be all of them, no excuses.

Either walk the path or get off. When you get mad enough at yourself you will walk the path into the light.

When you get tired of being stuck in who you are right now then you will do it 100%

When you get tired of wacking off over the weekend or having no pretty girls to talk to even as a friend you will do it.

Until you reach this final do or die point.

Be in the most miserable pain you can bring up and then,

The Birth of a Salesman

Sales people generally come in two categories:

1. Order takers: who sell to the customers who come through the door on their own 9and therefore the sales people have no responsibility for generating leads)
2. Prospectors: who go out and find customers to whom they can sell

It’s a lot easier being an order taker. You go down to the store each day, work the register, and wait for customers to show up and buy the widget at your store. Everyday malls will have hundreds or even thousands of sales people filling the role of order takers on any given business day.

As you man this position you don’t run the risk of rejection, but you’ll also draw a modest paycheck (perhaps even the minimum wage). After all, your just another “warm body” and your main job qualification is that you show up for work on time and half way sober. Low risk…low return. You won’t reach superstardom, you won’t make $200k a year being an order taker.

You won’t be pimp of the year at the players annual ball.

To excel you have to become a sales prospector. And (fortunately for those of you already in sales prospecting) the skills needed are not all that different for selling any other goods and services.

Pretty much the only difference is that in our game, you’re both the salesman and the “goods and services” being sold.

To succeed in sales, you have to be able to:
1. Handle rejection
2. Ask for the sale.

It’s really that simple. Pick up the “help Wanted” section of your Sunday newspaper and look at the Sales jobs section. You’ll see two buzz words that are prevalent. Most organizations are looking for people who are MOTIVATED and people who are CLOSERS.

Motivated: what this means is that you don’t give up at the first sign of rejection.
Closers: means that you aren’t afraid to ask for the order or sale.

Like I tell my buddy, you gotta be persistent, and don’t be afraid to ask for the order

Bitches thrive on attention. Dime bitches need it like air. They will compete with each other to get. Some even go so far as to add accessories to get …ie fake titties and other cosmetic surgery.

This weakness is what you playa’s want to exploit. Here is a mutha fuckin example:
Let’s say yo ass is at a club and there is this fine assed b*tch there with a group of friends.
Ok here’s what you do. Act like the b*tch isn’t all that fine, because you’ve had better. Go over and talk to her friends and only give her the slightest of attention. Just enough to let her be aware that you notice her.

Take her one of her almost as fine friends on the floor for a minute and see how this dime b*tch will jump through your hoops to win your attention.

This b*tch will be wondering why isn’t he paying attention to me? You’ve just put a divet in her head all the way through the white meat. Her self confidence in shaken and she will see you as possible the “ONE”.

These ho’s spend a lot of money and time on competing with other women for attention. They are shopping for the highest bidder on their weirs. Don’t get suckered into the Marquee and get all intimidated.

Try this sh*t and watch what happens. This b*tch will break her neck to steal all of the attention from her other friends.

Symps whine about theirs. To the ho’ your life is a paradise and you wanna sell her a ride on it of course for a price.
3. Don’t babble on about sh*t that interest yo ass, talk about her life. This sh*t amazes me that symps do this over & over again. Talk about themselves trying to impress b*itches into liking them. Bi*tches are sitting there with a fake smile on their faces wondering WHAT THE FU*CK THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
4. Don’t spill your guts about yourself. Bleed this shi*t out slowly. The less they know about you the better. Don’t be that desperate loser mutha fucka who has a desire to share his pathetic little life with a b*tch. Don’t talk about your early childhood fears, traumas, how you were potty trained, I mean nothing Create an air of mystery. Like I said before bitches love this sh*t.

Observation at Starbucks

I was at the local Starbucks this morning observing as usual. There is this little latin breezy who comes there with a symp friend who sits and listens to her troubles with men.
It occurred to me that women really are Utilitarian in their relationships.

Women actually don’t like other women. With only a few desirable Males around, women are fierce competitors and are not afraid of fighting dirty. All is fair in love and war should be their moto.

How many times have you seen a b*tch look at her “caller id” and say Oh no its so & so, I don’t want to talk to her right now. And that’s her best friend. I’ve seen emergency situations and bitches are with me and they will avoid their best friends.

How many times have you been walking with the b*tch and she will spot her friend and say Oh sh*t it’s so & so…I hope she didn’t see us. And if the other b*tch did see you guy’s your b*tch will put on her Game Face and act like she’s ecstatic to have bumped into her “friend”.

Bitches don’t like each other as much and the NEED each other. Friends are useful. Someone to chat it up with. Someone to compare notes with. Someone to ask favors from. Someone to lean on when sh*t with yo’ ass turns bad. Someone to get leads on other mutha fuckas from. To put it point blank Utilitarian Relationships.

Bitches are also utilitarian in their relationships with men too. They use us pimp style men for great sex and superior offspring. They use the lesser men (symps), lower ranking men for male attention. Women don’t need these fuckers sexual offerings and are actually designed by evolution to not want their sexual offerings. Remember they are programmed to look for the stronger males in the pack.

I feel for the poor symp who is always sitting with this fine assed latina listening to her stories, hoping for a chance that maybe on a good day one day in the far future she might bless him with the possibility of sex

Game Lessons

Lesson 1: Never ever underestimate women. When you get into this game you gotta respect their ability to do a man a lotta emotional damage if he allows it. That means a woman can really f*ck you up if you let that sh*t happen. Women by their very nature are more deceitful and manipulative than we men could ever hope to be. Don’t be fooled by a pair of sad eye’s bordering on tears. Women are great actors also. Women have learned to be players since childhood, using their looks and or apparent delecateness for personal gain all the while hiding what lie’s within.

Women learn early how to compensate for their lack of physical strength by learning how to dominate things that are intangible. Women learn how to use their minds very well at very early ages. That’s why they almost always get good grades.

They go to war with each other over who is better looking each and every day. Their most potent weapon and biggest weakness is their emotions. Take time to study them. They put everything into their image, and how they are perceived. We all know how much they love shoes, jewelry, or anything that improves their appearance.

You gotta be on top of your game when you start learning to play a natural player. Women are like human lie detectors, and they remember everything that you ever said or blab about. Watch what you say lest it be used against you later on.

Lesson 2: Women’s greatest down fall is their constant need for attention. Your greatest weapon is manipulation applied to her weaknesses. For you aspiring players, macks, pimp-tights if your shy, you better get over that sh*t. Shyness with women will not serve you in this arena. Most of you have heard women talk about shyness being an attractive quality, well it’s a lie. Women are drawn to aggressive, confident real men types. Shy boys may be cute to women, but real men make their panties get wet with desire. Which do you want.

So how do you use manipulation in the area of attention? Ok you know that they are crazy obsessed with their images. Take advantage here. Your approach as I’ve learned is the real key. You gotta be calm and reserved, confident with your mouth piece and manner. Your whole aura should draw her in to how manly you are. When I say manly I don’t mean being a asshole type. I mean being in control, cool, confident. James Bond like.

Never approach a woman (with your hat in your hand, stuttering and hemming and hawing, shuffling your feet trying to look shy and cute) that means putting her up on a pedistal and worshiping her cause she is pretty. Just cause she is fine don’t start sweating and getting all worked up over it. Pretty is a dime a dozen and you deserve a pound of it for every life year you’ve lived.

My approach is to be confident and sure of myself. Sometimes I will even crack a joke on her as my opening line. I rarely give my first name first in the convo. Women don’t really care who you are when you first meet, all they wanna hear is how pretty you think they are. What they desire to hear is that all that effort that the put into getting dressed, make-up, shoes, everything was done successfully, so they can relax for a moment.

Remember women rely on others for their self esteem. They need to hear that they look good in order to feel good about themselves. I don’t hand out compliments right off the bat though, cause I wouldn’t be talking to her if she didn’t look good to me. I let my eyes let her know what I think before I even approach.

When you first make eye contact. Look her right in her eyes, then look slowly from her feet to her eyes again and hold the look until she looks away. This will establish your dominance over her at the beginning, before you even step up. This tells her that you are a real man not one of those p*ssy boys who get all shy and goofy when they look at women.

One of the highest emotions women can feel is to feel special. Feeling special is like an aphrodisiac for women. They crave being able to stand out in a crowd, they want to be seen and worshiped by everyone around them as goddesses. All you gotta do is fuel their little self-centered egos, then use it to break them down (more on this later).

I don’t’ use fake compliments or any of that symp crap. I don’t kiss her ass or bow down to them. I do give nice little compliments at times. “nice dress”, “I can tell you work out”, “you’ve got very emotional eyes”. When I spit a compliment I still keep my cocky attitude when I say them. I will usually add babygirl or something that reminds her I’m not a symp at the end of my statement.

Why you need to build a team

As a player, you need to build a team of women consisting of at least 3 different women. You should never set your sites on just one woman. When you let yourself fixate on just one woman, then you will begin to base your ideas of success and failure in the game on the momentary thoughts and actions of one person. You will end up basing your own happiness on the thin cord of one persons passing moods.

Recently I read about a philosophy called “culture of poverty”, this is when a person talks himself into believing that this one moment is their only chance for happiness. Or that this is the one person who will make them happy, or that this one thing or action is the only thing that will lead to happiness.

Don’t fall for this self destructive thinking. It’s ok to have multiple women in your lives. The player who puts his happiness on one woman while playing the game is like a blind fool sitting by a stream complaining about being thirsty.

Finding women for your team is easy. They are everywhere. But you must learn to recognize them. They are the ones who need what you have to offer. They may be single or with boyfriends or even married. You can achieve benefit from all of them.

The problem facing an awaken player is not scarcity but exclusivity. Managing my own team I am often challenged by problems of scheduling. Women want attention. They crave attention.

Women are not roving the streets looking for sex, so get that out of your minds. They will be happy to provide you with it, but that’s not her basic motovation.

No women are trudging through life, working day in and day out, waiting for the man who will touch her in ways she never thought really possible. She is waiting for the man who through his words, thoughts, feelings can touch her in ways she has always needed and craved for. Why do you think romance novels constitute 54% of the book sales in North America.

Women are dying to be touched in ways other than physical. Women being emotional creatures need their minds and emotions stimulated and waken up.

Societal pressures lock women down, and with additional pressures from church, family and friends most women have few opportunities to express their inner sexuality in a healthy way.

Most women are encouraged to shut down and she is even rewarded for shutting herself down and learning to do for others before she tends to herself. This is a key issue as a player that you need to take advantage of .

Remember most women are boiling cauldrons of emotions beneath their surface. You must learn to stir the pot to get the real flavor to raise to the top.

Your goal is to touch each one on a deep emotional level. When combined with sexual intimacy you will create an emotional bond that will have her on her knees for you. But your not going to get the treats unless you open the emotional wrappers covering her mind.

Women become attracted to the man she desires. You don’t need a corvette, long hair, buffed out body, or tall good looks. All you really need is SELF-CONFIDENCE, a dash of charisma with a willingness to listen to her babble on about sh*t. Of these 3 things self-confidence is my number one tool. I have heard comments like: “you look tough”, your intimidating, but I like it” and similar ones to that effect. I always try to put out the energy of being extremely self confident. Women love this. Most men out there are symps and weaklings. When a real man comes along women are naturally attracted to him.

Most younger players thing “ you mean I gotta listen to this ho babble on & on just to get laid?” As she is babbling her life story your collecting evidence for her demise. In her words you will find the key to her inner kingdom. Once you open this door she will belong to you. So I say yeah, sit and listen and direct her thoughts where you want them to go. Notice the word direct. That means you stay in control of the conversation. You let her think she is but it is really you who is managing the flow of conversation

Many females have nothing in her lives

A female has nothing in her life. This is why she needs a male to show her the way. Females are not designed by nature to be the agressors. It is us men.

A female has dreams but no real push to reach them. She will follow the first man who can put her on "a" path to a better place.

When you come at her from the position of being above her and your showing her or giving her some direction in her miserable lost life then you can lead her down her own path which mysteriously looks like the land of d*ck and p*ssy.

Sell her a dream and you own her mind. Sell her a path to travel and you control her. She will do anything for you if she buys into what your selling.

I don't think enough players on here are using this to their advantage from this site. How do you use this idea?

You find out what she wants and needs from life. You do this by asking her questions.

Once you have those then all you gotta do is show her how sticking with you will lead her to a better place than she is right now.

When asked how do you reward a good bitch

Her natural reward is getting to be with you or be a part of your game. Nothing else is needed. You are the reward and the only reward that she needs.

Your time is the commodity. When you come to see her or spend any time with her that is her constant reward for her good behavior.

When she is bad you take away that most valued item...you and your time.

Let the b*tch keep giving it makes her feel good to do for her man. Don't start getting a conscious and feelin bad over it. This is the universe rewarding you for your game. To reject it will kill your flow. You need to start expecting alot more of it so that the universe will expand to fill YOUR needs

Let me share something with you. Are you aware that there really is a nice guy gene? It's a new survival gene for mankind. It instructs men to be nice and to only focus on one woman.

We live in growing and increasing complex societies and mankind has no need of the old rough and tough guy gene.

I have 4 sons. The oldest two are my step sons. The oldest step son without having any contact with his bilogical father has inhereted many of his traits. Both smoke weed. He is the only son that does. Neither myself nor his mother have smoked drugs of any type. Both live at home with their mommas. His father still does at 47 years of age. My son doesn't anymore. Recently he shut off that door hopefully permanantely. My son claims bipoloar cop out sh*t.

Now the one below him, his father is a Navy Seals Commander.
This son is drivin to excel. In high school he was MVP in football and set and broke school records in track. He is driven to the point of anxiety to succeed.

My youngest son inherited my gene with women. I got it from my father who got it from his father. My son got into a minor incident and had to go away for a while. He hung out with some asian kids and was caught racing rice rockets that didn't belong to them.

Ok, when he got out within a few weeks in questioning him he had 9 girls on his little team. Most of which were picking him up and taking him places and paying..just like the life that I used to live until recently.

I have never spoken 1 WORD on the game to him. I kept that life private and never told him of my fathers lifestyle either.

Why he is driven to have lots of women can be said to be genetic.

Maybe this game just isn't for you. Know what I mean.

Now I'm not dissing you cause you said buy her something. Infact I'm not dissing you but trying to school you. I've done some mean downright hard hearted sh*t to women cause I can.

Now if this many white guys mostly have voted on these girls then you can bet your bottom dollar their ranking is correct according to YOUR standards. I started applying that to my life and a mirracle happened. It came true, everyone whom I didn't see when I stood alone in front of my mirror were beneath me.

After that I came to some important realizations on life. That is when I wrote my states of being post on how we are the center of our own universes.

When you come from your center you truly do have power over everything in your universe. If a female decides to walk way you have the power to control how it effects you. It's her loss not yours.

The Game and metaphysics

The human brain processes billions of information every second of the day. Right now you are reading words on a computer screen and your brain is processing the dot’s of light into language. You are also without consciously knowing it aware of everything that is going on in your environment.

Your probably not aware of hearing traffic down the street. The barometric pressure, the temperature of your environment, the amount and quality of light, if the radio is on all of that information is being processed by your brain plus millions of bits more of information.

When I enter a environment I tune in. I become aware of what my brain is processing. This is the how of when I say that I can feel the women who are checking me out. On some unconscious level my brain is aware of EVERY thing that is going on. It’s just a matter of paying attention consciously to what your brain is processing.

This ability is a survival trait left over from caveman days. 8% of the population still carry the gene that makes this possible. The hunter gatherer gene. In caveman days man needed to be able to process information on his environment in order to avoid preditors and to feel out game.

Those that developed this lived. Those that couldn’t died. In our game those that develop it prosper and those that don’t do not prosper.

Quantum Physics has proven that there is a energy that flows through everything. If your behind in this area then catch up so that you know what I’m talking about. A good tool to use is that watered down version movie called “What the Bleep is going on.”

Ok, assuming your caught up and accept what I stated above, let’s expand this a bit further. Our bodies are nothing but energy. The chair that you sit on is nothing but energy. Going through this you have a energy that flows through everything carrying with it bit’s of information.

Quantum Physics showed this with their photon experiment. Some of you might be aware of the scientist being amazed when they took two photo guns shooting 1 particle of light at a time at the exact same time to a wall. In front of one particle the placed a barrier. The other unconnected photo began to travel around a imaginary barrier and then went on to the original destination.

Ok so particles communicate through a not yet discovered level of energy. Well humans communicate in other way’s beyond words or looks. I can feel when women are horny or interested because I pay attention. I tap into them by just paying attention.
